"Kreisii shittii", that's what we have been saying too often in our trip. In our case it means: ooh vau, such a beautiful place or this is awesome!
On Monday I met with SpongeBob in Milano airport. It was already a small adventure to get to the airport after sleeping only 4 hours. But I made it. In the airport we both realized that neather of us hasn't found out anything about the cities we gonna visit. So in Milano we just stayed in McDonald's ('cause I needed to eat right then). And then went to Florence in the evening. Later we heard that the famous painting of last supper by Leonardo da Vinci was in Milano...
But just pure vau! Kreisii shittii! Florence itself was better painting than da Vinci's one. Gorgeous! The cathedral, oh vau. And somehow the evening light just made it to look perfect.
On Tuesday we visited all the must places in Florence. First we climbed to a top of a hill where was a nice church. Because it was pretty warm for a Finn like me, I was wearing not so much clothes on. After coming out of that church we met an old priest at the door and he hit me with his walking stick for not dressing up proberly. So I bought a big scarf.
Day 3. We went to see Tower of Pisa. Maybe a bit clisé but it was beautiful and weird, I'm glad I saw it. And after taking 2 photos we left to Livorno. It was so random. Our plan was to get to the coast, but we never reached it. Instead we ended up eating kebab (so tasty!) and to visiting a fortress of Livorno. And then back to base in Florence for one last night before heading to Venice.
Florence and Pisa were already kreisi shit but Venice: oh my! All the buildings were amazing and colourful. And canals and narrow streets made it unic. I can't describe it proberly, you need to see it yourself. We did only know that James Bond Casino Royal had one scenery in Venice which I wanted to see, otherwise we didn't know where to go. So we just wandered around never coming to the same squarre again. Almost after every corner: ooh, kreisii shittii and laughing aloud for beauty and amazed. When it was time to leave, we noticed what a maze Venice is. Gondol"drivers" were not so helpful to get us to trainstation: 80€ is just too much for a ride.
In the station nighttrain was waiting for us. Luckily it was only this night we sat in a train. We shared our couch with 3 American girls. This time this was almost literally crazy shit: air in the couch was so thick and it smelled like bad fart. And it was so hot. Total: shit.
On Friday morning we found us in Zell am See, Austria. And again: we came out of trainstation and to see the lake surrounded by mountains in a sunshine. Just kreisii shittii. We left our stuff to a hostel by the lake and went to hike almost for 4 hours. It was a bit familiar to me but still the views higher were great. And after, swimming! Finally!
On Saturday it was really getting hot. After torture training we said goodbye to Zell am See, we went eat in Schwarzach and headed to Ljubljana. Compared to all what we had experienced this far, Ljubljana has been the best! Kreisii shittii indeed! First it was freaking hot. Second our hostel was awesome. Third we found us in a free open air rock event. Fourth Ljubljana is excellent in every corner. And fifth (the best) a Slovenian hot guy as a guide! We are so happy and thankful for this day! Having a Slovenian breakfast and meeting such a nice family. Having a tour in the city and a detour outside of the centrum. I'm happy!
Oh, we have had so much fun, laughing almost too much. Kreisi shit. And luckily one more week to go! Greetings from Zagreb!
